What counts as a capture
One thing you share in — a link, a note, a PDF, a screenshot, a voice memo. Meetings don't touch it; they have their own hour allowance. If a capture fails, it doesn't count. We don't bill you for our own errors.
What happens at the limit
Captures stop until your next billing period — nothing is deleted, nothing is downgraded, and everything you've already collected stays readable, searchable and exportable. The free plan's limits are one-time rather than monthly.
Leaving
Cancel whenever; you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. Full export of every note, bucket and transcript is included on every plan, free ones too — your notes are yours.
